How to book

  • If you have all you need, then at the bottom of this page are buttons which will allow you to book your chosen option.
     

  • But if you have any queries or concerns before you book, please get in touch with me first.

When & where? All evening classes

​​​

  • The times, dates and venue for the Autumn term evening classes including students in the Back-to-Strength Course are:
     

Wednesday evenings

6:30 to 8 pm


​Please arrive by 6:15 pm, each day, for registration and to settle, as classes will start on time.​​

22 October to 17 December inclusive

  • ​​Kilburn Park Tube and Kilburn High Road Overground are both around 5 minutes walk from the venue. Kilburn Tube and Brondesbury Overground station are about 20 minutes walk.

When & where? Advanced Training Program
 

  • The individual workshop times, dates and venue for the current Advanced Training Program are:
     

Saturday mornings

10 am to 1 pm


​Please arrive by 9:45 am, each day, for registration and to settle, as workshops will start on time.​​

Booking info — all group events

​​​​​​​​​

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Please bring 2 large fluffy bath towels to every group class or workshop. They are needed to make essential DIY props for you to practice on.
     

  • If you have them, you should bring your own strip and felt instead of the bath towels to every group session.
     

  • Without these props you will be unable to practice most of the therapeutic exercises fully.
    ​

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Please bring loose comfortable clothing to practice in: t-shirts, jogging pants and leggings are all good choices.​
     

  • Yoga mats are optional and not essential.
     

  • A mat, blanket, or extra layers would be helpful, if you are likely cool down when working on the floor.​​​​​​​​
     

  • Refund Policy — All group classes (including classes, workshops, and study calls) will be refunded in full if they are at least 7 days away, at the time you request a refund. The refund will also be increased by the value of any props pack items and home study materials you have not yet received.

Booking info — Private sessions

​​​​​​​​​

  • ​​In-person private sessions are normally held at:
     

Rooms for Therapists, Unit 8
224 Iverson Road
West Hampstead
London NW6 2HL

 

  • ​West Hampstead Thameslink station is directly opposite the entrance. West Hampstead Tube and West Hampstead Overground stations are around 3 minutes walk away.​
     

  • Please contact me before booking, if you are interested in home or office visits. In some cases, pricing may need to be adjusted to allow for additional travel time.​​
     

  • Please tell me your preferred session dates and times, for your first/next private session, after you book, using the time-slot button at the bottom of this page.
     

  • Please bring loose comfortable clothing to practice in: t-shirts, jogging pants and leggings are all good choices.​
     

  • I will provide all props for in-person private sessions.
    ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Your first private session will be 2 hours long, including the initial consultation.
     

  • Subsequent private sessions will normally be either 90 minutes or 2 hours long depending on the session length you have booked.
     

  • Both session lengths are designed release chronic tension and pain in the body. However, the longer session will allow significantly more time for refining and deepening the release so that you may need fewer sessions overall to fully heal your back and body.
     

  • Refund Policy — Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a private session, to avoid charges for the unused therapy room.
