The 5 Back-to-Strength Journeys described in the About page contain powerful exercises.

The journeys are both strong and safe enough, for profound change to happen to your posture, ease and strength, each time you come to your mat (or floor) to practice.
These journeys are also an invitation to rediscover yourself from the inside out. Through mindful movement and deep physical release, you’ll uncover the freedom, energy, and grace your body has been waiting to express.
Whether you begin with one or commit to the full series, you’ll awaken something lasting – a new relationship with your body, and a renewed connection with life itself.

But there's a catch!
​
​​​Simply put, we are working with pain in the body. And in order to heal our painful areas, we have to be willing to feel them. So it can be constantly challenging to return to the practice of dismantling it.
Furthermore, because we are normally talking about years and decades of tension and poor posture, it normally takes repeated practice of each journey to root out out enough of the tension, to become more-or-less pain-free.
So I offer different pathways where I support you to heal and strengthen yourself. So that you get enough training and encouragement from me, that you will soon be able to hold your own space, as you go ever deeper into healing and strengthening yourself.
As you look at the pathways described on this page, please feel into which pathway fits with your level of desire and commitment to the practice and your healing.
Whichever pathway you chose, please know that I will give you all the support you need whether in the classroom or therapy room. And if you commit more deeply to the practice, you'll get all the props and support you need to practice at home as well.​

Pathways to healing

Free Your Spine Yoga Therapy offers different pathways to support you to practice these Back-to-Strength Journeys, either in a group, individually and/or at home.​​​​​​​​​​​​​
All pathways can teach you to heal your back, open your breath, and build a strong, easeful posture – creating lasting change.
What differs between each pathway is the level of commitment you feel comfortable with making right now, based on how much you want to change and how ready you are to do the work to heal and strengthen yourself.
Weekly Evening Classes

Perfect if you’d like regular weekly support, to reconnect with your body, or to discover how this approach feels, before diving deeper.

These classes currently focus on the first two journeys, so that they are accessible to everyone including both first-timers and my regular students.

Between each session, a video call will help to initiate and refine your home practice, so every home practice session builds on the last.

Choosing Your Starting Point

​​If you’re just beginning, I would recommend that you either try a FREE evening class or book yourself a £20 taster private session – a 60-minute introduction tailored to your needs.

​After that, coming to the Weekly Evening Classes will heal and strengthen you at ever deeper levels. Or you can book individual Private Coaching Sessions, if you want to focus on healing and strengthening a specific area.

Once you feel you are ready to commit to deeper change, the Back-to-Strength Training Program and the Back-to-Strength Private Coaching Program offer the broadest, most comprehensive results.

Which path is right for me?
Here is a table summarizing each pathway to learn and master each Back-to-Strength Journey.

The £20 taster private session is already discounted, and it is not included in any ongoing discount promotions. Normally, I will only give a single taster private session per person, at this price.

The £20 taster private session includes a 30 minute consultation and a 30 minute taster of free your spine exercises appropriate to your body's needs. It does not include the home study pack.

A single private coaching session will only include one home study pack for the relevant healing journey taught in the private session.

The video calls included in both Back–to–Strength Training Program (30-60 minutes long) and Back–to–Strength Private Coaching Program (30 minutes long) are offered to help you initiate and refine your home practice, in between the 5 taught sessions.
