Evening classes​​​

Understand how to heal your whole back, how to open up your breath, how to develop a stronger core, or how to build your posture.

An excellent choice if you want the support of regular weekly in-person classes with other like-minded people, to kick-start your healing journey.

Also come to a class, if you want to try out the Free Your Spine approach in more depth, before you decide whether you want to book something bigger: private sessions or a bundle, course, or program.

The first 4 healing journeys are covered twice in each term, so that deeper understanding, healing and strengthening can occur, as the body opens up more deeply with repeated practice.​​​​

​​​If you book the class + audio playback option, then after the class you will be given access to the class audio recording and an exercise sheet to support your own home practice.​

These online resources are designed to help you practice the class again at home, as your body will need repeated practice to heal more deeply.

All home study materials are stored on Google drive, so you will need to have (or set up) your own Google mail account to gain secure access.​

List price is £20 per evening class, or £30 including the online resources option for home practice. Please ask me about current discounts if you are interested in this option.

Private sessions​​​
​

An excellent choice if you want to commit to and focus on healing your whole back, to opening up your breath, to develop a stronger core and to build a better posture.
-
Private sessions are ideal if you have current health challenges, or specific fitness/movement goals, or if you would like a high level of individual attention.
​

Exercises can be adapted and adjusted for gentler release, and/or faster progress than is possible in a group class.
​ -
I will provide all the props needed for in-person private sessions.
​​

​​​​You'll also get access to a 90-minute class audio recording covering key exercises from your private session, and an exercise sheet, both of which will support your home practice.
-
This support for your home practice will allow you to continue healing and removing the layers of tension in your body, for faster, more empowered healing, without needing to attend as many private sessions, saving you both time and money. ​​​​​

List price is £145 for a 90 minute private session, or £190 for a 2 hour private session, including the online resources for home practice. Please ask me about current discounts if you are interested in this option.

Back–to–Strength course​​​

Ideal if you want to commit to heal your whole back, how to open up your breath, how to develop a stronger core, and how to build your posture.

The Back-to-Strength Course is an excellent choice if you would appreciate regular weekly in-person classes as the main component in your own healing.​​​​​

You are also ready to commit to some home practice, as this will give you faster progress and deeper results, than are possible solely from attending one class a week.

Each healing journey is covered twice, with an integration class to finish the term, so that deeper understanding, healing and strengthening can occur, as the body opens up more deeply with repeated teaching and practice.

Extensively explore all exercises, to gain an in-depth understanding of how and why each exercise works, as deeper understanding promotes deeper healing.​​​​​

​​Weekly calls in-between the workshops, to help cultivate and maintain your commitment to your own home practice. As learning and practicing at home will substantially accelerate your own healing, much faster and further than an approach centred around a single weekly class can give you.​​​

Plus one half-hour video call between each session, to answer questions that arise about your own practice, and to review and improve your technique.

Plus nine 90-minute class audio recordings covering key exercises from all your private sessions, and exercise sheets for each sequence, to support and give variety to your home practice.​​​

The bundle is designed so you can have 2-4 weeks between each in-person session, for your body and mind to digest the new exercises, through regular home practice, for accelerated healing.

​​​​​The props pack can be posted (at no extra cost for UK addresses) or given during a first in–person session, allowing some or all sessions to be given online.​​​​​​​​​​
