Booking a private coaching session

  • If you are interested in learning the method through private coaching, please review all the private coaching info below.
     

  • If you are already a student of the method and want a shorter fine-tune private coaching session, please scroll down to the fine-tune section below.

Practicalities

​

  • ​​In-person private coaching sessions are normally held at:

  • ​West Hampstead Thameslink station is directly opposite the entrance. West Hampstead Tube and West Hampstead Overground stations are around 3 minutes walk away.​
     

  • Please contact me before booking, if you are interested in home or office visits. In some cases, pricing may need to be adjusted to allow for additional travel time.​​
     

  • Please tell me your preferred session dates and times, for your first/next private session, after you book, using the time-slot button at the bottom of this page.
     

  • Please bring loose comfortable clothing to practice in: t-shirts, jogging pants and leggings are all good choices.​

  • I will provide all props for in-person private coaching sessions.
    ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Taster private coaching sessions are around 1 hour long, including a consultation and a short practice session, designed to give you an immediate experience of the effectiveness of this approach in your own body.
     

  • Regular private coaching sessions will normally be either 90 minutes or 2 hours long depending on the session length you have booked.
     

  • Your first private session will normally start with a 30 minute initial consultation, in addition to the session length you have booked.
     

  • Both session lengths are designed release chronic tension and pain in the body. However, the longer session will allow significantly more time for refining and deepening the release so that you may need fewer sessions overall to fully heal your back and body.
     

  • Refund Policy — Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a private session, to avoid charges for the unused therapy room.

Fine-Tune Sessions

​

  • I also offer 30-minute long Fine-Tune private coaching sessions.
     

  • In general, these are for students with their own props who want to refine their technique, or have tailored answers to specific questions/conditions, where a longer 90/120 minute session would be too long.
     

  • In general, these sessions will be held online via a video call.
     

  • These Fine-Tune sessions are not designed to teach the method. For that I recommend that people either book a full private coaching session, or come to a class.)

  • It is possible to book a 60-minute Double Fine-Tune session, in which case these can also be given in-person, normally in the West Hampstead therapy rooms (see practicalities section above). 
    ​

  • Refund Policy — Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an in-person Fine-Tune private session, to avoid charges for the unused therapy room.
