Back–to–Strength Private Coaching
When your body needs precision, patience, and the full picture

I offer 1-to-1 private coaching using the Back-to-Strength method. Each session follows the same structured approach as my classes and workshops, but completely tailored to you. With my full attention, we work to release tension, realign your body, and develop reflexive strength. Guidance is given on what to repeat at home, so your progress continues between sessions.

Private coaching is ideal if you are managing complex pain, want personalised instruction, or prefer privacy. It’s also perfect for sportspeople, athletes, dancers and yoga practitioners seeking to optimise performance. All props are provided during sessions. After your session you can purchase access to online video teaching support and/or a props pack, for optimised home practice — repeating and refining the session exercises to reinforce your progress.

90 minutes vs 2-hour sessions
90-minute session: Focused and effective, ideal if your body is ready for release and alignment work without fatigue.
​
2-hour session: Extended release and integration stages allow much deeper tension release and reflexive strength activation. Can be more intense — not every system is ready, so we pace the session carefully.
​
Note: If you haven't already had a consultation, your first full-length session will be 30 minutes longer to allow time for this, at no extra cost to you.

Fine-tune sessions
Private coaching clients can book 30-minute one-to-one online fine-tune sessions to polish technique and reinforce results.
​
Two fine-tune sessions can also be taken together, in-person, in the West Hampstead therapy rooms.
​
Fine-tune sessions are also included in both Back-to-Strength Training Program and Private Coaching Program packages, and are also now available to regular class students who want to deepen their practice.

Private coaching program
This program ensures maximum transformation, whether your goal is pain relief, alignment, or optimising movement performance. The program includes:

5 private sessions — 90 minutes or 2 hours each — following the same "hero's journey" through all 5 core routines as the training program, but tailored 1-to-1.

4 x 30-minute fine-tune sessions — online coaching — can also be in-person when 2 are taken together — for refining technique, reinforcing learning, and optimising reflexive strength.

Full vault access — comprehensive video guides and exercise resources, unlocked progressively to support home practice and integration. See Vault pages for more info.

Full props pack — all the equipment you need for practice at home or on the move. Details of each item are available in the Vault.

When, where, and what to wear?

Times: Weekdays 10:00–15:00 standard; some mornings 9:00–10:00 or afternoons 15:00–18:00 available. Please message or call me using my secure phone contact information, once you have booked, to agree a time slot.
Location: Rooms for Therapists, Ground Floor, Unit 8, 224 Iverson Road, West Hampstead NW6 2HL — or at a mutually agreed location for bespoke sessions. The venue is 3 minutes walk from West Hampstead tube — and even closer to the overground and train station. Please message or call me when you are outside the black gates opposite from the West Hampstead Thameslink train station.
Clothes: Comfortable clothing suitable for floor work, stretching, and gentle load-bearing exercises

Pricing & payment options
Both single private sessions and the private coaching program have been priced keenly, to encourage early adopters wanting to explore this new practice while it is still maturing.

Pay in full upfront — £760 / £900

Or reserve with a £100 refundable deposit, then settle the balance of £660 / £ 800 in full before the first private session, OR settle over four (4) equal instalments of £165 / £200, payable before the first four private sessions.

Cancellation & refunds​

Before the first session:
Full refund of any amounts paid, minus the value of any props already handed-out.

After any session:
Future instalments are cancelled (or the same instalment amounts are refunded if you have already paid in full). The value of any props not yet handed out is also refunded.
