Each 4-hour workshop goes far deeper than my regular classes, giving you space to explore, refine, and initiate permanent change in how your body moves, breathes, and responds.

 

The rest of the program helps lock-in and deepen these changes, so they become yours for life.

A hero's journey
 

Over five workshops, you’ll go on a Back-to-Strength "hero's journey" through all 5 core routines:
 

  1. Passion & Power — Awaken the lower back, hips, and core; release tension, free up and realign your pelvis and lumbar spine; and reconnect and strengthen your reflexive core.
     

  2. Opening the Heart — Free your upper spine and shoulder girdle; increase mobility and upper-body vitality.
     

  3. Awaken Your Fire — Expand your breathing capacity and thoracic power; release blockages and ignite stamina and endurance.
     

  4. Poise & Power — Refine posture, balance, and alignment; integrate spinal strength for effortless movement.
     

  5. Flow & Grace — Harmonise spine, body, and breath with fluid, coordinated movement; unlock playful expression, confidence, and seamless integration of breath and motion.
     

Each workshop follows the same Back-to-Strength session structure described in the About page, but extended and deepened over 4 hours to maximise release, reflexive strength activation, and integration.

What’s included?
 

  • 5 x 4-hour workshops — in-depth practice sessions.
     

  • 4 x 30-min fine-tune sessions — one-to-one private coaching, polishing your technique and effectiveness, normally taken online between each workshop.
     

  • Full vault access — comprehensive exercise video guides and practice resources, unlocked after each workshop to support revision, home practice, and/or effective catch-up, if you miss any workshops. Full vault access is granted for 1-2 years, including the whole of the calendar year which starts after the end of your training program — after which it can be renewed. The times and dates for the 2026 Spring/Summer Training Program are:
​

Saturday mornings, 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. Doors open 9:15

This time round, every workshop is exactly 4 weeks after the previous one.

Workshops are 4 hours long, including a snack break, to ensure that all participants get a full and deep transmission of the exercises.

​

Please aim to arrive between 9:15 and 9:25 am so you can register, settle, and get the most benefit from each workshop.​​

Pricing
 

The Spring/Summer 2026 Training Program has been priced keenly, to encourage early adopters wanting to explore this new practice while it is still maturing.

​

  • Program price: £480 includes 5 x workshops, 4 x fine-tune sessions, props pack & vault access.​

​

Graduates of previous training programs​​​

​

  • Repeat fee: £200 includes 5 x workshops, 4 x fine-tune sessions, vault access renewed.

  • Drop-in fee: £30 per workshop

​

Deposit & instalment options​

​​​

  • Refundable deposit: Reserve your place for £100.

  • Remaining balance: The balance of £380 can either be paid-in-full before the first workshop, or spread over four (4) equal instalments of £95, payable before each of the first four (4) workshops.

Cancellation and refund policy​​​

​

  • Before the first workshop:
    Full refund of any amounts paid, minus the value of any props already provided.
     

  • After any workshop:
    Future instalments are cancelled (or the same instalment amounts are refunded if you have already paid in full). The value of any props not yet handed out is also refunded.
     

This policy is designed so everyone is treated equally, whether paying in full or by instalments.
