What is the Vault?

The Vault is a living practice library for the Back-to-Strength method.
​
It exists to support integration over time — helping the work land in your body, not just your memory.
Inside, you’ll find distilled teaching drawn from guiding many different bodies through the same core routines — refined to what actually works across pain profiles, movement backgrounds, and real-life constraints.
​
The core of the vault is 2 hours 45 minutes of unique, teaching videos, designed to lift your own practice of the Back-to-Strength exercises, from beginner, through improver, to expert and eventually to self-mastery.
​
Vault access typically lasts 1–2 years, allowing your practice to mature at its own pace. Currently, paid-for access is granted until the end of the calendar year following the year in which access is unlocked.​​

This is the heart of the Vault.

This is where in-person learning is supported, deepened, and integrated over time.
Full paid-for access is included in the Training Program and the Private Coaching Program. Other serious students can also buy limited or full access.

Access to each routine page is normally unlocked only after you’ve learned it in person — in a class or private session. This protects your body, and preserves the integrity of the work. Once routine access is unlocked, it is non-refundable.

Teaching videos covering all exercises, with reliable playback and best-practice instructions.

These sequences and teaching videos are designed to support deeper learning, and/or revision after a break. ​

Subtle refinements that emerge only through repetition.

Short bullet-point reminders of each key exercise step — for when you are beginning to integrate the exercise and only need a quick reminder rather than a full video.

The paid-for access area will also include a Workshop Integration page for each separate training program intake. After each of the 5 training program workshops in your training program, this page will be updated to include:

Full video instructions for the core routine sequence as it was taught, for easy stop/start playback. This brings the full benefits of each workshop practice session into your living room.

Bullet-point summaries of all important teachings points from each workshop. With these summaries, you will only need to spend just a few minutes reading — instead of a few hours watching or listening — to learn, revise, or catch-up on the theory and guidance included in each workshop. Also, you can focus on purely experiencing each workshop that you attend, safe in the knowledge that your program notes are being prepared for you.
