Hi, I'm Adam
I spent over 15 years as a management consultant in central London, glued to a desk
and dealing with the chronic tension, poor posture, and low stamina that come with it.
That first–hand experience fuels everything I teach today.
I began my yoga–teacher journey in 2002 at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, India, and later trained again with The Life Centre (now Yoga Campus) in London. In 2019, my path deepened when I trained in Moscow as a Critical Alignment Therapist – a groundbreaking method designed to realign the spine and activate postural intelligence.
Since then, I’ve helped people move out of pain and into resilience – with powerful, proven techniques that work from the inside out.
Today, I run a private 1-to-1 practice and I also offer immersive classes, courses, workshops and training programs that help people reconnect with their bodies and experience real freedom in movement.

"Can I come, even if I don't practice yoga?"
Yes, the workshop is for all active, able-bodied adults. The exercises will include adjustments and guidance for different body types, to help everyone get the most benefit from their practice session.
“How can I be sure this will work when I’ve tried many other things that didn’t?”
Most methods treat the symptoms. This workshop works with your body’s structure – which is why the results often feel immediate and surprisingly deep. If you've been stretching, massaging, or rolling with little effect, this approach will feel refreshingly different.
