Health Practitioners & Holistic Bodywork
During my personal journey with healing my spine, I discovered several pre-existing structural/skeletal misalignment conditions, that I was previously unaware of.
Instead these misalignments became acutely painful, as my body started to shift to a better alignment.
In my case there were a couple of undiagnosed herniated discs in my upper thoracic spine, and thoracic outlet syndrome which together created referred pain in my mid-back and down my right arm. I also uncovered a misalignment of my vetebrae in my mid-back (anterolisthesis).
Other people might experience a similar spinal nerve impingement as referred pain in the neck, torso, shoulders, arms, or legs etc.
I found the osteopaths listed very helpful in my healing journey, when the pain levels were too intense to soothe on my own. Each time, within 2-3 sessions, I got through to the other end of the crisis, with a more open, freer body, and with the source of pain in that area more fully healed.
The massages helped to calm my nerves and to feel more well in my body, during these crises.
